Nines drops the visuals for ‘Clout’, in anticipation for the release of his new project ‘Crabs In A Bucket’
The short films entitled 'Crop Circle' and more recently 'Crop Circle 2' showed Nines’ focus on the visual element to his music. Nines and Charlie Di Placido have linked up again producing the video for his new single ‘Clout’.
Nines references classic rap and hip-hop albums. Adding his own twist to the artwork of Dizzie Rascal’s Boy in da Corner, Stillmatic by Nas and Dr Dre’s The Chronic, the video reveals an array of impressive features. Sonically, Nines adopts his well-known delivery over a traditional UK road rap beat.
Clout is the first single that will appear on the new project ‘Crabs In A Bucket’, set to be released later this month. With the tracklist now released, the album shows off features from, Nafe Smallz, NSG, Tiggs Da Author and Headie One among others.
