'LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN' - BRUNO MARS, ANDERSON PAAK

There are very few tracks that's sound equally as good on a Friday night as on a Sunday morning, but boy - this song has been an earworm since it hit the world 48 hours ago. Fresh, grown, sexy, and undoubtedly smooth, Andy P and Bruno take it back with some soulful vibes that could rival the greats of the 70s. With an album in the works from their new group Silk Sonic, we can't wait to hear what's next.

‘Leave The Door Open’ is the first track off their upcoming collaborative album. The duo, dubbed ‘Silk Sonic’, show off their vocals over a glistening, warm soul beat. Anderson. Paak handles the verse while Bruno Mars delivers a captivating hook. The way in which they complement each other leaves me with high hopes for what is sure to be a very funky album.

'NO BRAKES' - RUSHY

Rushy returns with his first single of the year after the release of his solid EP – Stress 3. On ‘No Brakes’, the West London artist gives audiences a high-energy vibe. Over a bouncy, upbeat instrumental he addresses clout-chasers and fake friends; two things which he is far from. Rather, Rushy displays to the audience that he’s determined to put in the work for his success, and this is what motivates him – “I need this money I need this cake/I’m on the road no brakes”.

'DAILY DUPPY' - GIGGS

Fresh from the release of ‘Now Or Never’, Giggs maintains his consistently, dropping an iconic ‘Daily Duppy’ freestyle.

On a typical UK rap styled beat, Giggs is at ease. Combining his renowned nonchalant tone with distinct delivery and clever word play, the rapper demonstrates his class.

'NO SENSE' - BABY KEEM

Baby Keem’s latest single ‘No Sense’ continues to impress with his enthralling cadence meshed perfectly with the smooth melodic trap beat he raps over.

'LEMON PEPPER FREESTYLE' - DRAKE, RICK ROSS

Drake and Rick Ross’ bar-heavy, 6-minute performance on ‘Lemon Pepper Freestyle’ off Drake’s new ep ‘Scary Hours 2’ in which the two load off a number of Instagram caption worthy lines over a beautiful soul sample.

'THINKING OUT LOUD (NO LUCK)' - BENJAMIN A.D

Taken from Benjamin A.D February released EP MOOD: Thinking Out Loud (No Luck) is a perfect track for a late night drive. The South London rapper has a soulful sound with a chilled tempo and thoughtful verses, I’ve had this track on repeat.
