What you know about Ghetts and Skeppy?

The pioneers of the grime movement have collaborated for the first time with the new single.

IC3 continues Skepta’s run of recent releases, notably with No Stress featuring Essie Gang members L3 and Michael Phantom, while Ghetts is fresh off the back of Mozambique featuring Jaykae.

The track adopts a mellow beat combined with Ghetts’ and Skepta’s deep lyricism giving off a powerful message, ‘Don't tell me go back where I came from While the Queen sits there in stolen jewels’ and ‘The Queen offered me the MBE I said no and I raised my fist’.

It can be classified as a conscious rap tune that critiques the use of IC3, a code implemented by the British police to describe Black - Sub-Saharan African or Afro-Caribbean individuals.
